Description
Ceramic Grinding Belts for Knife Steel 2x72", 36 Grit (Coarse), 3-pack
Premium, long-lasting ceramic grinding belts with German ceramic abrasives on stiff polyester cloth backing. These are the belts for steel, long-lasting and running cool.
Ceramic belts are longer-lasting than alu oxide belts, grinding cooler and sharper. The VSM belts can grind dry or wet.
For rough grinding bevels and for profiling knife blades.
Dimensions are 2" x 72" (50 x 1830 mm), these belts are for steel and hard metals where the ceramic grains can be worn away to self-sharpen.
Using these on handle materials or on slow speed will dull rather than than sharpen them, requiring hard grinding on a scrap piece of steel to recover.

2x72 ceramic belts
Loved them, been using cheap belts but never again. To anyone looking at these belts best advice is let your grinder run for a few minutes to run them in.
