Learn a Lost Art with us!
Ever wanted to learn a "lost art" but not sure where to go?
At Nordic Edge in Sydney we run hands-on workshops on the "lost arts" of spoon carving, knife making and blacksmithing most weekends. If you want to take some time out by yourself, learn a new skill and go home with something you made yourself - we got you covered!
If you want to take this as an opportunity to catch up with a friend, most workshops offer a discount for "bring a mate" kind of deals. Spend a day catching up while learning to carve a spoon for instance.
Marcos Peluffo of Little Frames Media Agency has made us this awesome little clip showing what to expect when joining us for a workshop, check it out below!
We run Knife making courses in Sydney, NSW where you will forge a kitchen knife, use grinders to grind it to your design, before attaching a ready-made wooden handle before we sharpen your knife and send you home!
We run Spoon Carving Courses where you learn to craft your own kitchen serving spoon and then take home the spoon carving knife and hook knife to keep carving at home
We run blacksmithing forging classes in the blacksmiths forge with anvil and hammer
