Review: EnZo Birk 75 folding knife, new versions in Desert Ironwood, Ivory Linen Micarta and Curly Birch
Quality EDC Review: EnZo Birk 75 in Scandi and Flat Grind, Desert Ironwood, Curly Birch
**Disclaimer: I sell these folders and the Birk 75 is my EDC, so I possibly am a bit biased towards EnZo in my reviews ***
The EnZo Birk 75 is possibly the only scandi grind production folder in Australia?
The EnZo Birk is a quality Scandinavian folder in either flat grind with micro-bevel or true zero scandi grind.
The flat grind is 16+16 degrees for combined 32 while the zero scandi is 12 + 12 degrees for combined 24 degrees. Meaning thin, sharp edges in 3 mm quality steels, with 75 mm of blade.
The blades come shaving sharp in either S30V or D2, some models have rounded handle scales and some have more square, bulkier scales.
The handle scales are removable, enabling custom after-market scales to be made for those wanting their own one-of-a-kind version.
Quite a heavy folder for the medium size, with a discreet deep-pocket carry in satin finished stainless steel.
The Birk folding knife really has a quality feel to it, with excellent fit and finish.
There are several versions, the new versions that just arrived are;

Summary review:
Short, sharp blade with that brilliant business-like sound when locking in place...with a comfortable grip and discrete storage...In scandi grind.. No wonder this is the first non-spyderco EDC for me since '96.
Thanks for checking out this little review of the EnZo Birk 75 folding knives, would love to hear feedback from others who have tried them as well.
thanks
