Solid colour thermoplastic KYDEX sheet 2 mm thick, 29 x 30 cm

Thermoplastic sheet for making knife sheets, like kydex but from a different manufacturer. 

The sheet is approx 29 x 30 cm in size, and is heated and shaped around the knife;

Heat the thermoplastic with a heat gun or in a toaster oven until soft, and press in kydex press around the knife.

Then drill holes and fasten with 1/4" eyelets/rivets before sawing or grinding to final shape. Sand edge smooth.

A "kydex press" can be made in many ways, for instance two pieces of board with kydex foam in between and a hinge at one end.
