The Kiridashi is a traditional Japanese knife, that gives you an excellent control over the tip, the possibility of reverse grip for pull cutting in a controlled manner. The single bevel knife blade is easy to sharpen and give you very exact cuts when working to a line, brilliant for trimming leather and wood, cutting veneer, ropes, fabrics. Or opening boxes, office works, not to mention gardening tasks.
