Description
3M Trizact 237AA Abrasive Finishing Belts
Premium structured abrasive belts designed for consistent, controlled finishing of knife blades, stainless steel and other metals.
3M Trizact 237AA belts feature advanced microreplication technology, using tiny pyramid-shaped structures containing precisely graded aluminium oxide abrasive particles.
Unlike conventional sanding belts, the abrasive structures gradually wear to expose fresh cutting material, delivering a more consistent finish throughout the life of the belt.
This technology helps maintain cutting performance, reduce heat build-up and produce a uniform scratch pattern, making Trizact belts particularly useful for knife making and metal finishing.
Ideal for Knife Making
Trizact belts are excellent for refining knife bevels, removing grinding marks and preparing blades for final polishing or hand sanding.
The consistent abrasive structure helps produce a smooth, even finish with fewer visible scratches.
These belts are particularly useful after initial grinding with ceramic abrasive belts, allowing knife makers to progressively refine the surface.
