The Small Wheel sets can be used on the existing tooling arm, replacing the flat platen. Or for a better belt to wheel angle, use this custom-made tooling arm for the small wheel sets.

84 Engineering Small Wheel Arms are the perfect edition to get the most from your 1/4" & 1/2" or 3/4" & 1" Small Wheel Pairs.

The Small Wheel Arm is a tooling arm with a 2” idler wheel that deflects the belt for a far more acute belt angle on your small grinding wheels. Having a decreased belt angle allows access into tighter areas and is great for accurate grinding of tight curves.

The arm is precision CNC machined from 6061 aluminium billet for exceptional strength and minimal weight. The 2” deflection wheel is coated in our facility using a new-and-improved 83 Shore A durometer urethane – an extremely durable compound designed to withstand being in contact with the abrasive side of the belt.
