One set of 2 handle scales, each 8 x 40 x 120 mm in size.

The handle scales are in black canvas micarta, taking a great polish. Micarta can be shaped, sanded and drilled like wood but is impervious to the elements and makes for a strong, clean looking handle. Canvas micarta is often left rougher on the finish for added grip over the smoother linen and paper micarta. But can also be sanded and buffed to a almost mirror finish.

My preferred handle material due to its inert properties. So far exceptional quality, no voids detected.

Good quality Micarta that's free of voids and nice and dense. It shapes well and will polish up nicely.
