Kitchen knives from White Knuckle Knives

Scott Foskett is a custom knifemaker from QLD, doing both bespoke work to customer's drawings as well as delivering his own designs for kitchen and outdoor style knives.

Scott has sent us a couple of photos showing what he is doing with his supplies from CreativeMan.com.au, and we wanted to share the photos!

Here is a Brisket Boss set in High Carbon 1084 steel and Green Mamba Juma handle scales and carbon fiber pins;

And this Japanese style 8" Santoku knife has a blade in Stainless Steel Damascus and hardwood handle.
