Lauri Laplander and Curly Birch Knife by Ranid M
Ranid sent in a couple of photos of his custom Laplander.
Using the long Lauri Laplander blade in 80CrV2 Carbon Steel, he had made a big chopper with comfortable looking Curly Birch handle and, brass bolster and mosaic pins.
Love the finish of the handle, and that shape looks very comfortable.
Good work, Ranid!
