Next Level Bevel Jig!
Everyone seems to make the hand filing bevel jig so very well explained by Gough Custom on youtube (link)
That is a great way to get started when making your own blade.
However, David T-N just took it up to a whole new level!
Using his carbide-faced file guide as a file stopper for more consistent results than using the standard bolt, as a file stopper. By making a channel down the middle, in front of the eye bolt that holds the file. Now the file has a hard stop that does not wear away, unlike the bolt commonly used to set the start of the bevel.
How clever is that!
