Description

Olive Wood and Macassar Ebony Handle Block, pre-milled

We bought these to use in workshops but have not quite gotten there yet so offering some of them up for sale.

They are made from Olive wood and what we think is Macassar Ebony (not sure but it looks like it to us) as 2 parts drilled and glued together.

Then the front bit is milled through creating a slit of about 3 x 14 mm, the slit is 75-80 mm deep.

Many have a hole bigger than 3 mm in one end where the router bit went in, maybe 3.5 mm.

The Olive is not burl quality but there is a bit of figure in it, check out the photos for some we made from these.
