Description

Renaissance Metal De-Corroder – Gentle Rust Remover

Renaissance Metal De-Corroder by Picreator Enterprises is a gentle, non-toxic rust removal solution designed to remove corrosion from metal surfaces without damaging the underlying metal.

Developed for professional restoration and conservation, it is ideal for restoring knives, blades, tools, antiques and other metal objects where aggressive sanding or mechanical cleaning could damage the original finish.

Suitable for Steel, Iron, Brass, Bronze and Copper

The solution works by breaking the bond between the corrosion layer and the underlying metal, allowing rust to be gently wiped or brushed away.

Unlike aggressive rust removers, Renaissance Metal De-Corroder provides greater control over the restoration process, making it particularly useful for delicate or valuable items.

How to Use

Remove loose rust and surface grease before treatment.

Immerse the metal item in the solution, or apply using a brush or swab for larger objects.

Allow the solution to work, checking periodically until the desired amount of corrosion has been removed. Light corrosion may be removed within minutes, while heavier rust may require longer treatment.

Rinse with clean water to stop the process and dry thoroughly.

After treatment, apply Renaissance Wax for longer-term protection against moisture and corrosion.

Available Sizes

100ml – Ideal for smaller items, knife components and occasional restoration work.

250ml – Suitable for larger items and more frequent use.

Made in England by Picreator Enterprises Ltd.
