Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper when returning from within Australia, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
It is a requirement to contact us by email or the "Contact Us" form or through the channel you purchased (ebay,etsy etc) before returning an item. This is to ensure we can help you resolve the issue in an efficient manner.
WORKSHOPS: Note special condition for buying workshops: These are small group events and your spot is forfeited if not showing up on time for the workshop. Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice. Should you become ill on the day or within the 48 hour window we will work to provide an alternative date still. Should you need to reschedule contact us immediately.
Shipping
NordicEdge.com.au is intended to be for the Australian domestic market.
All products are listed to have free shipping as long as the order amount is over $49, this only includes Australian addresses for orders up to 21 kg. In addition there are a couple of heavier products that also have free shipping included, this includes grinders from 84Engineering.
Anvils, fly presses, power hammers, induction forges and other heavy products not specifically listed as having free freight - do not have free freight but we can help with organising freight at additional cost.
International shipment is possible to most but not all locations and where possible will be quoted during the check-out process before you decide to go ahead with the order or not. *
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We are unable to assist with what import restrictions or costs there are for your country, please deal with someone in your end before ordering to make sure it will be ok.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and shipping options for your order and you may select amongst these. For instance you may be presented with options for Free or Express shipping. Please note that Express shipping only applies to items under 21 kg as this also goes with Australia Post.
