The Australian Knife Making Awards are back for 2024!

Wed 1st of May 8 PM AEST your hosts this year Riley Burns (Nordic Edge) and Kevin Room (Australian Knifemakers Guild) hosted the Kick-Off live stream for the AWARDS 2024.

The AWARDS:

  2. for makers in Australia and New Zealand
  3. Get judging feedback on your knife
  4. win prizes and trophies
  5. beginner friendly: 2 beginner and 2 advanced maker categories

  1. Wed 15th May - How to Enter & What photos to take (how to take better knife photos)
  2. Wed 22nd May - Judging and Scoring (how to prepare your knife for max points)
  3. Wed 29th May - WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS! 

Each live stream is on the facebook group Australian Beginner Knife Making Group: LINK at 8 PM AEST that Wednesday night. There is a quiz with giveaway prizes on each live stream.

Timeline:

  • 15th May: Entries Open
  • 26tht May 4 PM: Entries Close
  • 29th May: Winner Announcement Live Stream
