San Mai 180 with Ironwood handle and Saya
Jamie M sent some photos today of a beautiful Japan-inspired Chef knife.
The blade is a San Mai Santoku 180 with handle and matching Saya in Ironwood.
The blade is recessed into the handle block, and a cypress pine bolster completes the knife.
