Bottle Opener Kit

Make your own bottle opener, one of the easiest kits to complete.

The kit consists of the chromed bottle opener and a solid handle block. 

See options for customizing the kit further with a piece of antler, brass or nickel silver.

Drill a hole in the handle block, glue in the bottle opener.

Shape the handle with a rasp, file, belt sander, or even whittle it to the shape you like.

To make it more interesting, you can also cut the wooden block in pieces and insert for instance a piece of antler or a sheeth of brass.

If making a bolster between the "blade" and the handle from a piece of brass or nickel silver, it can make sense to also include some fibre spacer material.
