Description
EZESharp Blade Sharpening System with 100 mm flip-over clamp
Industrial-strength sharpening system for professional butchers, chefs and sharpening businesses.
- Use any standard size 2-3" wide sharpening stone for maximum flexibility
- Freely adjustable sharpening angle for everything from straight razors to grand chef knives
- Comes with 2 sharpening stone clamps
- Heavy-duty construction built for professional use
The EZESharp Blade Sharpener works by clamping the blade to be sharpened in a rotatable vice-like clamping jig with Degree Angle Adjustments. This is the recommended setup for most blades types but if wanting to sharpen cleavers, garden shears or blades longer than a standard full-sized chef blade.
Various abrasive stones, files or diamond stones can be used, resulting in no loss of temper in the blade.
A T-Bar guide holds the abrasive at a very accurate angle in relation to the blade being sharpened, while allowing the operator total control over movement and pressure put on the edge being sharpened.
All this takes the guesswork out of sharpening – every time!
The result is an edge so sharp and strong the professionals acclaim this a superior method of sharpening.
Combining the superior sharpening results of stones with the accuracy of constant-angle sharpening systems, in a professional package.

never had such sharp knives
Where it clamps onto bench needs to be designed a bit better it seems to swivel a bit didn't want to tighten it to much incase it broke

Very versatile
A must for anyone who wants their blades sharp. Super handy with two stone holders, and I could wack in one of my honing stones to get my knife super sharp. It is very versatile and was able to sharpen small knives such as a pocket knife, and large knives - I managed to get a machete super sharp with this thing! Super accurate with the angle set up, and very easy to use and set up. Great piece!

Ezesharp Blade Sharpener
The kit arrived well packaged; out of the box you have to spend a few minutes assembling the blade holder & stone holder (a bit fiddly). Mount the frame securely to a solid bench-top. Sharpening was pretty straight forward and the results consistently good. Instructions are adequate. Much better than my free hand attempts on a stone. Its good for blades longer than 100mm; if you need to sharpen shorter blades you can modify the blade holder (read cut, grind the corners) but I think you're better off buying a 50mm blade holder. Overall, a good piece of kit.
