Steak Knife blade, 100 mm
Stainless Steel blade, polished to a satin finish.
Light, well balanced and beautifully shaped. It is designed to be used often with comfortable, rounded handle.
The blade length is 100 mm (4"), overall length is 203 mm (8") and about 1.5 mm thick and about 19 mm wide.
These blades are a delight to handle, thin and elegant making a sharp keen steak knife.
These blades are made from 440C Stainless Steel, with a polished finish.
To create a knife with this blade blank,
add some knife scales and optionally bolts/pins and some inlays between the steel and handle scales.

Great knives
Great blades. The blades is not huge but sharpen up a treat. Like using the sharpest chefs knife to cut a steak!
