Description
Jarrah Wooden Knife Handle Scales
Jarrah (Eucalyptus marginata) is a large Australian hardwood tree with deep red heartwood and paler outer sapwood. It has an even, coarse-grained structure with occasional fiddleback patterns, making it a popular timber for furniture, woodworking, and knife making.
Supplied as a set of 2 knife handle scales, cut from Australian Jarrah wood.
Each scale is approximately 150 × 50 × 10 mm, dry and straight.
Due to the natural grain structure and distinct colouring, all scales are slightly different but similar to those pictured.
Sands and polishes to a beautiful reddish-brown colour with darker streaks.
