Beautiful Damascus Set from Karim G-E with Myrtle Burl
Stunning kitchen set by Karim G-E using Japanese damascus blades.
Upper part of the blades are traditional Japanese hand hammered "Tsuchime" which helps separate food when cut and the blades have matching handles in Myrtle Burl and Gaboon Ebony. Polished copper bolsters complete the handles.
The blades are San Mai Santoku 180 and Sujihiki 240 San Mai.
