EnZo Chef Knife 160 by Jon Day
We love getting photos from completed knives and today we wanted to share one of them.
The blade is the EnZo Chef 160 and the scales are from Red Mallee Burl, with mosaic pins and red spacers.
Jon Day has done a really good job on this one, looks like it will be a kitchen favourite.
