Jute Micarta is a coarser looking jute than canvas, paper or linen. This makes the inlays a more visible part of the micarta pattern, like a coarse sack or bag inlaid in the resin. This Mustard coloured ones are the same Brisa use on both their Santoku, Bobtail and Necker.
