The Savannah Paring Knife is a fine satin finished utility kitchen knife kit design that will make short work of cooking chores.

This is a light and thin, delicate blade with 89 mm blade length, 20 mm high and 1.5 mm thick. The blade is made from Stainless steel.

A thin, lightweight blade well suited for a smaller all-around paring knife in the kitchen. Blade length is 89 mm, total length 185 mm.

The handle design has 3 smaller holes fitting 1/8" pins and 2 bigger holes that will fit 1/4" stock (holes are bigger than that)
